As the Lead Color, Materials & Finishes designer at Polaris Industries for more than a decade, she managed the department’s work on all of Polaris’ product lines and led the team through significantly increasing demand in an ever-changing environment. Because of that experience, she founded MB4 Studio to prove, improve, and educate on the value of design as a vital role in business innovation.
